Step 2: Technical Pen Drawing

A technical pen is characterized by the ability to create lines of fixed thickness. Standard pen can also be used.

The technical pen is used to draw on top of the pencil drawing in order to create permanent, durable and sharp contours:

How to Draw with Children?

From an early age, children are familiar with the basic shapes and therefore it is best to start with characters made of simple shapes.

One example are the Tsum Tsum. Many Tsum Tsum coloring pages are a collection of circles and half circles.

Who are the Tsum Tsum?

Tsum Tsum are toy dolls based on Disney's popular comic characters.

The dolls are manufactured in a number of sizes from very large to micro.

How to Draw Tsum Tsum?

Tsum Tsum are simple figures for drawing. The base is a circle or an elliptical structure and all that remains is to add two circles for the eyes, two half circles for the legs and so on.

Drawing a line in the middle of the circle can help to achieve a more symmetrical result.

For kids, it is easier to start directly with a technical pen and disregard the pencil-drawing step.
